Soya Defatted Flakes are manufactured by using only Non-GMO soya bean seeds. During processing, the seeds go through grading and multiple stages of cleaning. The graded seeds are then conditioned, cracked, de-hulled and rolled into flakes. The flakes after highly efficient oil extraction with hexane solvent are de-solvated through Flash De-solvation System (FDS). In this process, the solvent is removed from the de-oiled oilseed without moisture addition, protecting the integrity of the protein and other natural nutrients.

Defatted Soya Flakes are used for manufacturing protein concentrates, protein isolates, soya flour, textured soya protein, cakes, bakery goods, Pasta, Soups, Sauces & Gravies, In fortification of cereals, sweet foods (doughnut) and animal food applications to impart functional characteristics like emulsification, stabilization and high water absorption.

Full fat soya grits are manufactured from Non-GMO soyabean seeds. Before processing, seeds go through multiple stages of cleaning. The graded seeds are then cracked, de-hulled, conditioned and rolled into flakes. The flakes undergo efficient extraction with hexane for de-oiling. They are then de-solvated and toasted, to obtain the optimum level of protein. They maintain the amino acid profile and destroy anti-nutritional factors. The finished product then undergoes a final screening through advanced graders to get desired uniform consistency throughout the product.

It is used as a food supplement for children and expectant mothers, patients, confectionery and bakery products. Also used in the manufacturing of soya sauce, texturized vegetable proteins and poultry.

Full fat soya flour enzyme active has emulsifying and stabilizing properties. It is free from bitter substances and has a pleasant smell. As a food supplement, it is used in the bakery industry as a dough conditioner and as a bread improver. It also increases the volume of a loaf and retards staling.

Defatted Soya Flour is manufactured from Non-GMO soya bean seeds. Before processing, seeds go through multiple stages of cleaning. The graded seeds are then cracked, de-hulled, conditioned, flaked and oil extracted in SEP. The de-solvated oil extracted flakes are pulverized in hygienic and controlled conditions to get the desired particle size. The material is conditioned in a controlled atmosphere before pulverization.

Soya Defatted Grits are produced by the process of cleaning, grading, destoning, dehulling, flaking and solvent extraction of ‘Non-GMO’ Soya bean seeds. After extraction with hexane, the de-oiled flakes are de-solvated through Flash De-solvation System (FDS) without denaturing the protein and maintaining a high PDI value. The desired consistency of the product is obtained by sieving through the gyro sieve.

Soybean grits are used for making soya flour, soya milk, tofu, soya bean powder, isolated soya bean protein. It is used in dietetic foods, baby foods/drink mixes. They are also used to add protein and texture to foods such as bread, cookies, and cereals.

De-oiled Soya Lecithin is a preferred choice for use as it contains a much higher concentration of active ingredients that get the desired result compared to liquid Lecithin. De-oiled Soya Lecithin powder is produced by solvent extraction of Non-GMO Soya Lecithin Liquid using acetone as a solvent.

Non-GMO De-oiled Soya Lecithin is a mix of ingredients that can serve as an emulsifier, thickener, and stabilizer at once. It is used in baking, dressing, mayonnaise, chocolate, cake, bread, energy drinks, healthy bars, non-dairy creams, whole milk powders, meat sauces, and gravies. It is also used as a direct supplement in the form of capsules.
